Jay Manning has earned the Agent of the Month for November for Mossy Oak Properties Harrell & Associates.

A Rocky Mount native, Manning has more than 21 years experience in the industry. He is an award-winning second-generation custom home builder and land developer who has built more than 400 homes and developed several subdivisions in Nash County. He also has worked as an N.C. property inspector and as a land acquisition specialist and timber buyer for South Atlantic Timber Services Inc.

Manning earned a degree in industrial technology and construction management in 1991 from East Carolina University.
