Chamber of Commerce annual meeting

The Rocky Mount Area Chamber of Commerce held its 108th annual meeting Thursday at Nash Community College's Business & Industry Center, where the head of the UNC system was the keynote speaker. The Chamber gave the Rev. Richard Joyner, who began a program that helps at-risk young people, this year's Distinguished Citizen award.
