I am writing to you concerning a wonderful person at Nash General Hospital. This person is Lynn Cash, a financial counselor for more than six years.

I had a friend in Nash General Hospital for part of July 2011, all of August through September 2011, and to Oct. 10, 2011 when she passed.

Lynn Cash was helping my friend with financial and insurance matters. Lynn was doing a great job, but this is not what made her a true friend. Lynn was visiting my friend every chance she could. Often many times a day. Lynn’s talks were a great help and were very soothing.

Before my friend passed, she said all the nurses on the fourth floor were exceptional and kind to her.

Thank goodness there are still wonderful people like Lynn and the nurses on the fourth floor.

I hope that if I ever get into this type of situation, I hope there’s a Lynn Cash that will be as helpful.
