There have been reports that the number of car crashes are down from what they had been and the rates of cancer have fallen significantly. That’s good news.

Unfortunately, it is not all good. I received my statement for my health insurance company and the rates have increased.

I don’t quite understand it.

Not as many are getting hurt, not as many are getting sick but the rates steadily increase.

They go up every year without fail.
