Rocky Mount police Thursday shut down an alleged drug house operating within 1,000 feet of Johnson Elementary School.

Mighty low bond and so close to an elementary school

Why is the bond so low for Ellis & Anderson? That is quite a bit of drugs and right across the street from the school. They've got that much cash stashed in a coffee can somewhere for someone to get them out. No wonder, the drug traffic runs rampant with such low bond. Come on RMPD, ring em up and make it impossible for them to get out. There are little children right across the street, no telling how many they've got working for them.
